Addie Perkins Williamson is a widely recognized authority on organizational development and effectiveness. She has consulted, written and taught in the field for more than 25 years.

APWAs President and CEO of Perkins Williamson Associates, she works with an exceptional team of experts in the areas of Organizational Development, Change Management; Competency Modeling, Diversity, Multiculturalism and Inclusion strategy; Leadership Development, Performance Management and Assessment, Team Building/Development, and Organizational Assessment.

Dr. Perkins Williamson has taught at Columbia University, New York University and Baruch College. She holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. from Morgan State University.

She is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.

Nicole Williamson is a senior at Washington University in St. Louis studying Political Science, with minors in writing and French. She has had over eight internships in the past six years, for employers including the federal government, non-profits, a marketing firm, and a government contractor. She has worked in both small and large companies on issues of public health, finance, domestic violence, and the law, and can speak to a variety of situations. She is excited to share her experiences!
